Re:Union is based on the true story of Norman Morrison. On November 2, 1965 the 31-year-old Quaker from Pennsylvania gave his life as an act of political protest on the lawn of the Pentagon. Sean Devine’s play is a work about politics, history, empathy and what it means to inherit a sacrifice. Re:Union urgently explores the deep personal necessity to act in difficult times, regardless of the odds for change.
