Bailey Spaulding is the co-founder, CEO, and Head Brewmaster of Jackalope Brewing Company, an award-winning craft brewery basedin Nashville. Bailey was born and raised in Vermont and graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Biological Anthropology. She moved to Nashville in 2006 to attend Vanderbilt University Law School, and then discovered her passion for brewing beer. In 2011, she co-founded Jackalope Brewing Company, one of the first U.S. breweries founded solely by women. In 2017, U.S. News & World Report named Jackalope Brewing Company one of the five best Nashville breweries and distilleries.
